Not the Texas purist one - it came from Macedonian/Greek immigrants to Cincinnati, so it's beef with cloves and seasoning in sauce (a nephew to moussaka), served on spaghetti usually, with cheese, scallions, jalapenos etc added on top as you wish. Tasty dish, but prob to you as "deep dish" pizza is to NYC - a different animal! :) @NGH: "Spaghetti Midwestern"! Good term, that's a keeper!
