On their way out of the bar shortly later, a couple stopped and asked for an autograph. When I joked, "Get out your checkbook," cuz I thought THEY were joking, the man said, "Oh, you're one of 'those.'" I never could figure out what they actually believed.
A drunk member of a wedding party at a different bar wouldn't take it as fact that I wasn't that same actor.
