Not a few groups in the early to mid 70s blended proggy and poppy aspects, in pursuit of mainstream commercial success -- early ELO, "Bohemian Rhapsody," etc. ABBA fits in some with that.

Prog implies that the musicians are highly skilled. Session musicians qualify I think. I would say Donna Summer's work with Giorgio Morodor are therefore somewhat proggy. "I Need Love" comes to mind. I mean, if ABBA can, then so can Donna Summer prog out. She was not a "prog gruoup" of course but some songs, sure.

Apoife Nessa Frances is astounding! My coworker is annoyed because I could tell her if I liked a song in 30 seconds she wanted me to listen to. @djlorraine, I just moved from there and low income people are being priced out like crazy. Maybe Poughkeepsie because it seems like for all their attempts to gentrify it just won’t take. But even that is getting pricey, and parts of the city aren’t great. Newburgh is evolving. That is where all the 30 something Beacon residents seem to be going to buy a house since the were priced out as well.

Second tier cities (think Austin) are flooded with escapees of first tier cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco) whose residents are fleeing to third tier cities (Albuquerque, Boise) who are all having a housing price boom until recently. NOW there are more houses coming on the market than are selling, thus instantly becoming more of a buyers market within a couple months. An average house in Albuquerque that was 160k five years ago are now almost 300k. But THAT WILL CHANGE.
