Just got done with the post apocalyptic DJ spinning the one record he has as his generator runs out of fuel. They are ahead of their time, true comic punks not afraid to laugh at themselves. Wow. Hope they get renewed. The male strippers sketch of 60 somethings was pretty funny and out there. It went embarrassingly long. They are NOT afraid to stick to a joke until the very end.

I tell ya, a university education is merely a licence to learn like they said at China Lake. My book didn't even have the well-known and tested empirical Darcy-Weisbach equation, a must if you are going to design a piping system! My equations satisfied a very picky professional engineer client we have. So I guess I am an ok engineer after all that!

	12:36pm Listener John from NJ: In the early/mid 1970s i used to see the advertisement for Aphrodite's Child's album "666" on the insert in LPs from their company. It was where I learned that 666 has some scary significance to some. I was REALLY suprised to hear them on yhe radio, on wfmu.

	12:59pm Androu B.: I once had a few of Fatima Mansion records sitting among my collection of CD's: the "Viva Dead Ponies" and "Lost In The Former West" albums, and the "The Only Solution: Another Revolution" and "Only Losers Take The Bus" EP's. Sold them all off, eventually. I also had heard of Microdisney years before I'd bought those records, but never knew Coughlan was involved with that group as well.

	1:08pm tim from washington: I was completely dumbfounded the first time I saw Steve Shelley play in 1998. I hadn't really thought much of his drumming. Then when I saw him live I was blown away with how dynamic his playing was and how he blended perfectly with the song.

Just got done with the post apocalyptic DJ spinning the one record he has as his generator runs out of fuel. They are ahead of their time, true comic punks not afraid to laugh at themselves. Wow. Hope they get renewed. The male strippers sketch of 60 somethings was pretty funny and out there. It went embarrassingly long. They are NOT afraid to stick to a joke until the very end.

	12:59pm Androu B.: I once had a few of Fatima Mansion records sitting among my collection of CD's: the "Viva Dead Ponies" and "Lost In The Former West" albums, and the "The Only Solution: Another Revolution" and "Only Losers Take The Bus" EP's. Sold them all off, eventually. I also had heard of Microdisney years before I'd bought those records, but never knew Coughlan was involved with that group as well.
