Its framing-device is Kevin McDonald reading the history of Mouth Congress to his niece as a bedtime story. <3 The feature-length doc is a mix of vintage pre/during-KITH vhs quality footage of Scott Thompson and Paul Bellini, and them present-day reuniting to write/perform music again.
