Just spitballing. As lobe as they keep the artist first approach to sales and music delivery, they could step in attract more/younger streamers with a fair platform? Hoping it goes the right way.

During the worst of the pandemic it was a lifeline to so many who ordinarily rely on touring to keep themselves afloat (being in a band costs money).

Game companies pretty much fund future updates/expansions to games on cash shops at this point (in some cases, cosmetic crap, but also some substantive stuff) and I can't see how they can slide that into a platform for music without wrecking it.

It's fine, whatever. What bothers me is the idea of people not being able to enjoy live music because of some BS tech, especially one that enables businesses to lay-off employees.

So, they have been around for 14 years but 23% of their overall revenue to artists has been in the last year-- guessing but I would look at those numbers and think that they likely cannot keep up with how the service is growing while also trying to grow the business in new areas? Just guessing that it is a challenge for them... on the more traditional money side, I would also bet Ethan Diamond wants a payday and the revenue upside of Chinese markets from TCEHY 40% investment in Epic (along with other Epic markets and possible service innovations), but look forward to your thoughts @Mark Hurst as always!

So, the plan is: Renew Swag For Life Make a budget for in-show donations for my favorite shows Donate to said shows during the Marathon up to (or more likely beyond) our family's agreed upon donation budget (because I can't help myself) Accumulate icons/ credibility once again on the chat, enter record giveaways, etc. Give if you can and support! I also emailed about volunteering but so far, no reply, but that's ok... I am here to serve when called upon!

I keep track and then inevitably go over our S4L amount and so just note all of that and then settle up with Joe at the end and pick SWAG based on the total amount I ended up going in for.

Just spitballing. As lobe as they keep the artist first approach to sales and music delivery, they could step in attract more/younger streamers with a fair platform? Hoping it goes the right way.

During the worst of the pandemic it was a lifeline to so many who ordinarily rely on touring to keep themselves afloat (being in a band costs money).

So, the plan is: Renew Swag For Life Make a budget for in-show donations for my favorite shows Donate to said shows during the Marathon up to (or more likely beyond) our family's agreed upon donation budget (because I can't help myself) Accumulate icons/ credibility once again on the chat, enter record giveaways, etc. Give if you can and support! I also emailed about volunteering but so far, no reply, but that's ok... I am here to serve when called upon!

I keep track and then inevitably go over our S4L amount and so just note all of that and then settle up with Joe at the end and pick SWAG based on the total amount I ended up going in for.
