Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:08pm
Mike Sin:

Many interesting tracks today! I think after the full onslaught of psychedelia in 1967, record labels and artists were probably wondering in earnest, "where is it going to go from here?" now that applying more involved studio techniques and instituting creative arranging were resonating well with audiences especially on the FM side of the dial.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:08pm
Funky16Corners:

Hey Mike!
Avatar 🥁 Swag For Life Member 4:11pm

Mike Sin, agree. Think that the Beatles left a deep impression and suddenly there were 16 tracks to play with.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:12pm

This album has an officla release date of 1972, but the rumor is that it was recorded a few years earlier, possibly for release on Immediate and sat in the can looking for a new home, which it found on Rare Earth
