A lot of cops in America are the ones who park illegally all the time blocking sidewalks bike lanes and disabled people’s areas. They let other people park illegally all the time in Brooklyn. I know in some areas of Manhattan the traffic cops watch cars like a hawk to give parking tickets.

I've done several hundred amputations for tumors/diabetes. Unfortunately being overweight significantly increases your chance of diabetes, which often can lead to amputations.

Unfortunately , many of the same pts have a hard time affording their diabetes meds, or are non-compliant.

I take the approach that the infected diabetic leg, or cancer is going to kill them, and their leg isn't worth their life, so I give them that chance. The little kids are tough though, but thankfully we can save about 95% of the limbs from cancer.
