	6:54pm -Ken: Yes WFMU pays artists via the PRO agencies. We spend over $20 grand a year on royalties. We pay ASCAP, BMI, Sesac and Soundexchange for rights and royalties. How much of our payments actually makes its way to artists is anybody's guess.
