	12:45am coelacanth☯: good call di! ...my sister eats "instant" oatmeal (as if regular oatmeal isn't pretty much instant) in "single serving" (1/2 serving) cups. so she not only gets the benefit of enough refined sugar to drown out the taste of the oats, but gets the added bonus of putting lots of waxed paperboard into the landfills.
