November 27, 2020: Our man in Durban (pt. 3) • Special guest co-host Chris Albertyn
This radio show denounces explicit and implicit racism. It condemns the culture of White supremacy, which enables the brutalization of Black people and other communities of color. It supports Black Lives Matter and the movement it stands for. |

I think I found the original recording date to be 2016. I prefer to put the date of the recording rather than the date of the release.

It's just a particular quirk of mine. Generally on the playlist I try to post the original recording/date. Most DJs just present whatever source they are playing from. My style is probably confusingly unnecessary.
Doug Schulkind:
Starting off my next set will be the South African group The Black Hawks. I believe one of the members (was it Charlie Ndlovu?) went on to found or at least join Harari.

The Original Music compilation Money No Be Sand identifies Les Rross as being from Nigeria. Original Music were wonderful, but honestly, they made a lot of mistakes in what little discographical info they provided.
