	6:33am Brian in UK: Our old house had a cellar complete with a coal chute, it was about a hundred years old, so pre-central heating. When our daughters were young they used to go down it on a tin tray.

We recently fermented with two different strains of malted barley, one Canadian and a peated version from the UK, Heart Iron Whisky has spent three years in a pair of 200 Litre French oak barrels.
