	7:39am Sem: Best of luck to you. The Brassica family is yummy, and there are plenty of bugs who think so too. Been a perfect tomato summer here, nearly drought conditions so no slugs or snails lurking in the early morning dew jonesing for a tomato snack.

	7:50am mauri: Hey Semichi! Do you guys get good flavour in your tomatoes? it seems impossible in Finland and once you eat a fresh one in Italy all hope is lost.
	7:51am Meghan: Oh that is sad.... Wonder if it's partially the soil?
	7:57am Sem: hey, mauri. Yes, flavourful especially the small ones. I plant a variety called "Sweet One Hundred", cherry tomatoes. The yield is enormous. Roast them by the kilo and freeze them for winter cooking.

	7:58am Sem: mauri, it helps to have something like a mediterranean climate: intense sun, little rain. That was Nova Scotia this summer.
