Hey, ultradamno!
Losing my commute cost me some really dedicated reading time. And, honestly, I have given other time I might have been reading to FMU. I am barely keeping up with my (TTRPG) gaming reading and have an honest backlog of books right now.
And the new issue of Salvage is out, which I strongly recommend to listeners of this show. Socialist politics and culture journal out of London; China Mieville and Richard Seymour are founding editors.

Currently reading, Killers of the Flower Moon by David Grann (read anything, anything by Grann -- amazing story teller of true stories).
Next up, Shakespeare for Squirrels by Christopher Moore (total escapism).

Dahl was an authoritarian spy.
Revolution Rabbit Nov63:
If you're not wearing a mask near others
- you're an accomplice to mass murder.
Time for facts & straight talk.
Also - since the only way past it is thru it - if people don't join masks & distancing they're prolonging the whole thing for everyone
& throwing all our sacrifices & hardships in the dumpster.
Also - we won't just reopen & be the same. Businesses are already going under. 1/3rd of the USA didn't make home payments or rent this month.
We need to shut down
- wear masks
- & give people payments to get thru.
The rest is bullish*t.

Apparently there are these things with screens - some quite small! - that exacerbates this situation...

Also, Denton Welch is a great, underappreciated writer, try In Youth Is Pleasure. An influence on WS Burroughs, but you wouldn't guess it.
