	6:45am Stanley: Ruth - catching a nice sunrise is a great thing. Sets you up nicely for the day but you've probably been up the whole night so I hope it sets you up for a good trouble free sleep. I'm rarely up so early but last year, I did a few early morning rail journeys to London and had beautiful sunrises as the train travelled down the East coast next to the sea. Listening to WFMU, naturally. Happy Days.

I'm rarely up so early but last year, I did a few early morning rail journeys to London and had beautiful sunrises as the train travelled down the East coast next to the sea. Listening to WFMU, naturally. Happy Days.
