I passed by your neck of the woods Sunday afternoon like surfer riding the face of a the wave of that big storm that rolled through around 4~5pm.
I was in it 3 times that day... it ran over me whilst up in Hancock packing up from riding. Then I pushed through it on RT17 from Roscoe thru Liberty finally getting out front of it. Then it ran me back over while unloading in once home in Boonton.

friend was riding a trail up there and on a steep downhill gravel section combined with a turn his front tire buckled in and he went off the bike. broke his wrist, got a massive bruise on his thigh and one of his lungs collapsed. he's 73 so he's not as bounceable as he used to be. he's fine though and his bike didn't have any damage so i'm sure he's gonna go back in.

The thing is, nobody pushed us to do this - it was our own initiative. I believe testing should be more actively encouraged, maybe even mandatory.
It's hard to escape the feeling that we're just doing everything wrong in this country. What happened to the USA that landed a man on the moon? I feel like we couldn't pull that off in 2020.
