Hey TOPT, crew, everyone! Nice to hear some AC/DC. I hadn't heard them in a long time till about a year or so ago at the Dungeon in the French Quarter. It has this legendary sound system and jukebox (mainly extreme metal but also foundational hard rock), and "Walk All Over You" came on. Hadn't heard it at the proper volume in ages, absolutely blew me away.

@GeorgeSimian ~ Don't get me wrong, the Stones were my favorite band, but a major disappointment seeing them live @ The Palladium in the late 70s. I won a lottery through WNEW-FM. It was a hot summer afternoon navigating from secret locations to get four tickets. Peter Tosh opened for the Stones. He was excellent. But the Stones mailed it in. They played maybe a dozen songs. They got a great review in the NY Times.

Have you ever played The Quitters? Great Rochester band. One of many (really, many) great local bands I used to see all the time when I lived in Rochester. One member spent some time in the Fox Sisters later. The Quitters were hot. They could easily have succeeded beyond Rochester. There are lots of great obscure local bands like that everywhere, but a lot of them have been from Rochester.
