Population explosion = housing. Milennials = housing near RR and city.
Over the past 5 year the largest construction component in the tri-state area was housing. Almost entirely for rental as opposed to sale and the most prestigious (expensive) are near RR or city with no driving commute. Corona will slow it down like we’d slow down for a speed bump. I don’t know about you but I jump them... so not slowing down much.
