Favoriting Bryce: Playlist from March 27, 2020 Favoriting

I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

And I will always say this: Real estate scumbags in NYC will always be real estate scumbags. Even in times of crisis. Watch out and support small businesses when the dust from this settles and even support them by screaming at greedy landlords if possible.

@JakeGould - I would only quibble with that by replacing 'NYC' with 'everywhere'.

@David: As someone who has lived in NYC and elsewhere I will say that NYC real estate scumbags are the worst even in a world where real estate is now “the economy” for people.
