@2:15 Rob W: cold water plunging, whoah. My blood pressure issues mean it either could be a cure or the opposite. I don't go swimming during the winter because of that. But I do swim some 200 meters almost every day until the autumn solstice, it pretty cold then, but also... pretty! Swimming on your back in a misty lake under a starry sky is one of those experiences that make life worth living. Weirdly I am NOT a sauna person - but you got the pronunciation right!!
