I've always liked this song, but the concept of a "distant constellation dying in the corner of the sky" doesn't really hold water. Constellations are random visual arrangements of stars from Earth's perspective that are otherwise unrelated. One possible exception is the Pleiades, which is in fact an open star cluster.
