I was thinking the other day about blues railroad songs and how there are so few blues car songs before the War but how it seems to have reversed after the War.

But the railroad songs make more sense to me, because of the rhythmic sway.

Why does it happen that just after I remark about how fast the pledges have been coming in ("hand over fist" were my words on Continental Subway yesterday), a point of inflection seems to be hit and the cash flow slows? Maybe its a false impression, but I wonder if I'm a hoodoo.
