	🥁 4:21pm Brian in UK: One of my best experiences was have the plaster of paris wrapped round my broken leg from top of thigh to ankle. A real sensual feeling. Had to have it done three times. Felt kind of guilty enjoying it but what the heck after some swine had knocked me off the motorcycle.

One day I was upstairs where thy clean the records before they put them out and I found a couple of Hamton Hawes records. I told my friend about the time I saw him playing in the band shell at MacArthur park when I was a teenager. He told me how Hamptons ex-wife gave him the records and said "You can have them, I don't want to have anything to do with that motherfucker."
