	2:07am coelacanth∅: ...that "high-energy" part before may not be true! but there are 3-piece groups that ONLY play high-energy instrumentals -very creative with time signatures but usually don't call themselves "prog" -but they ARE! "prog metal" i guess. anyway i like them but it gets tedious after a while. ...i love king crimson (the first 7 albums only) and they certainly were high-energy a lot of the time. ...i'm tired; i don't know what i'm talking about.
