Recovering from a journalist's mindset that there are no days off; it took about 3 years of working through extended breaks to understand their necessity. Now 15 years in education, I appreciate every single one. We are off until Jan 6.

@bogplanetnoise - doubles, rock noisier gems, old DJ gig items. I DJ'ed for a roller derby team for about 9 seasons so I amassed lots of hard hitting jams about "hard and fast chicks, rolling wheels" etc. I am done with that - it takes up space.
