icy rain or very little snow, wet shoes blues. probably won't go down to minus centigrades/below 30 f or so, so for me that is not a proper winter. Something like 0 f would be nice ( I am sorry, we do not use fahrenheit measures here in Europe , but I meant mighty cold)
