	5:42pm YETI BOB: the green part of the prickly pear cactus is known as 'nopales' and it's very tasty. you can sometimes get it ready-peeled in mexican markets. the fruit is called 'tuna' (no joke!)
	5:45pm coelacanth∅: i always roast my squash seeds in the oven. i spoon them out and put them into the cast iron skillet. separate them the best i can without spending more than a few minutes on it to make something somewhat close to an even layer. then i roast them. watch them carefully. maybe stir/flip them around partway through. there are bits of squash pulp on them. sometimes those are the tastiest ones.

	5:42pm YETI BOB: the green part of the prickly pear cactus is known as 'nopales' and it's very tasty. you can sometimes get it ready-peeled in mexican markets. the fruit is called 'tuna' (no joke!)
	5:45pm coelacanth∅: i always roast my squash seeds in the oven. i spoon them out and put them into the cast iron skillet. separate them the best i can without spending more than a few minutes on it to make something somewhat close to an even layer. then i roast them. watch them carefully. maybe stir/flip them around partway through. there are bits of squash pulp on them. sometimes those are the tastiest ones.
