@ Aitch -- do go see Patti if you have the chance! been following her since the 70s -- she truly never ever disappoints
loved seeing Sonic Youth way back in the early days too -- recalling a fantastic gig at Folk City (was on West Third Street, i think) -- they had a series called "Music For Dozens," three bands for three bucks (or something equally insane sounding nowadays!) -- Sonic Youth were so f*cking powerful and LOUD
