There is a huge fresh seafood emporium here in Pittsburgh called Wholey's Market. It also sells prepared foods and has a small upstairs seating area for the lunchtime set. This is place where I saw a bizarrely wonderful performance, on a rented upright piano, by Frederic Rzewski doing "The People United Will Never Be Defeated." (Rzewski's son works at the market.)

The reason I mention this is Wholey is actually pronounced Wooley. As in, Nate Wooley.

@Scraps
It was surreal and ecstatic. The show was hardly publicized. A quarter of the maybe 40 people in the crowd was just sitting there eating their fried halibut sandwiches, having no clue what was going on. (I can only speculate that) Rzewski must have appreciated the deeply proletarian setting. (The next day, he performed in a grand concert hall.)
Avatar 🥁 Swag For Life Member 11:39am
WR:

I think the point of Wooley's note was having ecstatic aesthetic experience via secular music. This physical location of a church just acknowledges the appropriate space design for such an aesthetic experience, not the particular religious bent of the designers builders maintainers. Apologies if posting this is superfluous or worse, troll like.
