WR a place where i live makes sangria. it has minimal alcohol, fresh fruit floating in it and to serve it they mix it with either a white or a rosé, customer's choice. it's not very sweet at all, very refreshing.

My yearly bbirthday pilgrimage is to a place called Fernandes Steak House in Newark for paealla and sangria. This year's sangria was particularly/unexpectedly strong. A delight, but then so was I for a few hours afterward...

@Doug - To what extent do you think the feminine quality of Scott's voice held him up from greater success? A beautiful voice, without question, but too weird for the time period? I can't think of anyone similar.
