ooooooooo yes, wonderfully creepy!
i have a similar cassette called "The Horrible Sounds of Halloween" -- given to me by a friend years ago, he had purchased a bunch of them at K-Mart (i think they were on clearance?) -- he told me that "every 'industrial' band would KILL to sound like this!" -- and he was absolutely right! once i had a chance to listen, i gave it the sub-title of "Enya on Angel Dust" :)

Avatar 1:30am
sv:

hey ignatatus, pretty locked into death and black metal tonight - if i threw thrash in the mix i'd be hard pressed to play all that i wanted to play in one show. maybe another time!

A bit like a What Was Music set (a good thing). I came to Sunn via the Scott Walker collaboration, deep heavy shit that is.
Avatar 1:33am

The godfather of these sounds is just a sine wave or maybe the telephone if you take it back ... or click sticks calm down

True, I like it when Metallica throws a few hard vocals in occasionally on there early records Creeping Death for example. Truth be told that’s where I’ll comes from. Don’t worry you still got my pledge money, great show! Cheers!
Avatar 1:38am
Ignatatus666:
