Yep, it's inoffensive if you want some background music or something, but really deep when you turn it up and concentrate. There's a lot more than meets the ear at first.
the vibe of all blues or freddie freeloader is so perfect, the arrangements and the execution flawless...just put one of those right after some crazy out there track and calm right the fuck down

A lot of punk rockers dig Miles' heavy mid-70s electric period, I've noticed.
on the corner was immediately accessible to me too, but that's because i never heard it 'till i'd already heard so much else of Miles'
(although - bitches brew was also immediately accessible to me, and i think that was the first Miles album i heard)
Scraps i was too, when i was little but at some point i realised i really don't have favorites of a lot of things. i like all the seasons about the same; i have no favorite color or favorite food or type of woman i prefer...
and when it comes to music it's just overwhelming! the only way i'm able to answer questions like "who's your favorite..." is by imagining it's life or death that i answer!
