GListener MW:

Ahh, the Sesame Street Squares! Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when "Shapes" came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. They've been compared to the Fraggles, but I think the Sesame Street Squares have a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Geez, I haven't even had breakfast for breakfast yet....this song making me hungry
  9:31am
GListener MW:

I think their undisputed masterpiece is "It's Hip to be a Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.

Marc15:

Does having only coffee for dinner count as having breakfast for dinner?

I assume these are the real Beach Boys and not some copyright infringement.

A very non-correct joke that was big among me and my fellow 12-year-old pals back in the 1970s was simply saying, “Confucius say, ‘He who eat many prunes will sit on toilet for many moons.’”

Also, just exclaiming, “What in the name of Buddha!” was a think as well.

That is all.
