i haven't heard any David Berman tributes longer than 1 song.
i don't know silver jews well, but i'm saddened by his passing.

...saddened even more that he didn't take his father with him.
but i can't blame him if he didn't want to, just in case there's an "afterlife" that means they'd have to be together.

Hello, inaudible is in the name, with leftover letters.
  9:57pm
JakeGould:

@P-90: David Berman’s dad is Richard Berman, a lawyer and lobbyist fir some really crappy ideals. Read his Wiki there: en.wikipedia.org...
  9:58pm
P-90:

I don’t need to read his wiki, thanks though
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:59pm
ultradamno:

It's hard to pick which of Mr. Berman's organizations has the most dystopian, deceitfully misleading name
  9:59pm
JakeGould:

Well this piece from the Guardian in 2009 spells it out bluntly: “Frontman David Berman explains that he is breaking up his band so that he can undo the wrongs wrought by his father – a rightwing spin doctor dubbed 'Dr Evil' by the US media” www.theguardian.com...
