Yes, compilations/soundtracks can go in a different section. And I have been ok with my African stuff being separate too... but other than that....

if we want to get all coding about it, the second red column in the table here lists symbols in order for ASCII and it actually places the exclamation mark at the top of the list, which might be why !!! chose it!
