"Bella..." first appeared in the March/April 2019 issue of The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction. Nick's short stories have appeared in many magazines and anthologies, among them The Year’s Best Science Fiction, The Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror, and The Best Alternate History Stories of the 20th Century. Nick has also been nominated for the Hugo, Homer, and World Fantasy awards, and his first two novels, A Small and Remarkable Life and Valley of Day-Glo, both received nominations for the John W. Campbell Memorial Award for Best Science Fiction Novel of the Year.
People who feel better about themselves for this reason or another are just fooling themselves... everybody should feel a little guilty about something!!!...
You should never take out a loan unless you're confident you can pay it back!!!... even though they have insurance against that... it's just not ethical!!!...hehehe...

Reading is what Americans have failed to do, mostly, in recent years. The work of picking up a book and thinking about what it presents... unbearable!
How many people do you know have bothered to collect a few books or read a single one to their kids?
If it doesn't happen to the 5YO brain, the wild imagining and possibilities of literature are lost.
Simply because I know who know whom I interact with!.( time is a curse word) there is a reason for open source, what really scares me is the unknown knowledge of act thru life.
I'd force myself to pay attention to every paragraph... if I got sleepy I wouldn't just read it without understanding what I was reading right now...I'd stop and go back and read it again later...ya know?!?...
