	9:20am Listener Gregory: The problem with t-shirts with messages is that you forget you're wearing them. The last time I wore my woof-moo shirt, someone on the street said "great station!" to me mid-afternoon, and I thought he was insane.
	9:22am Jeff Golick: Yes. Louie CK had a similar bit, only he forgot that he wasn't wearing the t-shirt he thought he was iirc.

	9:23am Stanley: I once had a very nice looking young woman throw her arms around me, recognising my t-shirt. I straight away started chatting about it, only to notice over her shoulder three very pissed off 'jock-type' guys glaring at me.

Mostly old rock,folks, country, blues, some jazz, good stuff (the missus threatened divorce of I take them; not sure what if do with them anyway. Already have trouble finding space for albums). Or other ideas?

	10:59am Listener Gregory: This is a very interesting tribute to Ayler, because for the most part it doesn't sound like Ayler (to my hearing). It was obviously AEC from the first gong.

	🥁 11:42am doctorjazz: Always find it interesting that free jazz often has really basic, Sing song type of melodies (in contrast to the really complex melodies of bop. Post bop, etc). I understand why; when there are no harmonic guideposts, prearranged sections, you need something that can be referred to by all to make it a"piece". But, many melodies of Ayler, Ornette, late Trane, would work well as kiddie songs.

	🥁 11:42am doctorjazz: Always find it interesting that free jazz often has really basic, Sing song type of melodies (in contrast to the really complex melodies of bop. Post bop, etc). I understand why; when there are no harmonic guideposts, prearranged sections, you need something that can be referred to by all to make it a"piece". But, many melodies of Ayler, Ornette, late Trane, would work well as kiddie songs.
