It was weird, as my landlord didn't know which fuse it was. And the one marked "A/C", was for the central air, not the thermostat interface. I didn't want to mess up my neighbor's electricity, so, I proceeded cautiously.

It wasn't too bad, I have ceiling fans and the thermostat said it was 89F/32C indoors when I restored it. (I really don't sweat unless I'm exercise or eat chilis).

first migraine i ever had was when i was 12 (?) just severe headache and vision trouble, no vomiting. it lasted the entire summer vacation, day & night.
then years later i got them again (of shorter duration) and after some research stopped eating 6-10 avocados/week and they stopped.
now i can safely eat 3-5 avocados/week, at least. haven't had a migraine in a couple decades.

there are a few common migraine triggers. if i remember correctly - avocado, chocolate, oranges, bananas, coffee (interestingly, since it's used to relieve headaches pretty commonly) fermented food.

@coel: I quit coffee 10 years ago, I only have espresso in emergencies, as it doesn't affect me as much.

Yeah, sugar hits me hard if I OD. It's why I cook most of my meals from scratch, b/tn my GI tract issues and migraines, I can't afford to eat food where I don't know the ingredients (and I'll eat out often, at my own peril, I got to experiment). It's why, yet again, I'm cleaning the kitchen, while listening to WFMU before bed, as per usual, as I'm a very messy chef. I've also had stress headaches morph to migraines (which creates more stress).
