I am The Lorax, I speak for the trees!
I'm busy, I told him. Shut up, if you please. I rushed 'cross the room, and in no time at all, built a radiophone. I put in a quick call. I called all my brothers and uncles and aunts and I said, listen here! Here's a wonderful chance for the whole Once-ler Family to get mighty rich! Get over here fast! Take the road to North Nitch. Turn left at Weehawken. Sharp right at South Stitch

'an american family' was groundbreaking, as an actual reality show ~ non scripted ~ concerning a middle class family in southern california. film crew basically lived with them for months & at the very same time, the marriage between the mother & father fell apart. on air. ~~ well, their eldest son was named Lance & he was very much out & proud. the show followed him to new york & the chelsea hotel. he lit up the screen for me.

@old ERIC, I was on the AlCan Highway around 10 years ago. The history of how they built that road is pretty fascinating. @ratso Yeah, it was awesome. This was 2003 for me. Crazy the lengths of some of the construction zones throughout the ride. We went in early May, so none of the tourist stops were open. One of the stretches between gas stations was over 400 miles. Had to strap a couple gas cans on the back. Passed only a handful of travelers a day. Beautiful trip.
