	7:29pm Franco Twinkie: Hyde, Din Tai Fung is real good, but there is no good reason you have to stand in line for an hour to have great dumplings. For us lazy muthafuckaz, Hui Tou Xiang is right down the street and far beyond most, in a city rolling in dumplings.
