	10:32pm Matt from New Orleans: Paul Pena lived in San Francisco. Paul Pena was a blind blues musician who was most famous for writing jet airliner which the Steve Miller band recorded. Later in life he would sit in his house and listen to a shortwave radio and heard tuvan throat singing and became fascinated and taught himself how to do it on his own.
