Devon E. Levins:

I need help finding the name of a mid-70s horror film that has traumatized me since my youth seen with my mom as a double feature with the Herbie love bug sequel (of all things to pair w/ an R rated movie). All I can remember is that there was a scene with a cat missing an eye and a shower scene where a woman is locked in a locked glass shower and the water starts filling up to the ceiling? Anyone? It's not Sybil.

Hey @Martinibomb! Dig the Viv Stanshall avatar. Please have a Mai Tai, on me.
  7:34pm
Martinibomb:

T.H.E. Cat is by Lalo Schifrin but I think that's an Al Hirt cover of it or did he record the original for Lalo for the show? I'm kind of confused by it. @Dr. Groot thank yee very much love the Mai Tais and Viv is my patron saint. :-D

The "other shower scene" besides Pyscho is in a film called Pulse
Avatar 7:37pm
Devon E. Levins:

It's not a cover of the Lalo Schifrin track from earlier. I think its actually from Green Hornet.
  7:38pm
Martinibomb:

Nope it's from the tv show THE Cat. Why would they play that theme on the green hornet? I think he just threw it on the album.. also maybe same tv production company as green hornet.. need to research it more.
  7:39pm
Martinibomb:

Here's the opening from the TV show THE Cat it's the same music. youtu.be...
  7:44pm
Martinibomb:

Here's the wiki for the series. It says Lalo Schifrin. I'm assuming it's Al Hirt playing the music tho and Lalo wrote it? en.wikipedia.org...
  7:45pm
Martinibomb:

to make matter's even more complicated there's a lalo track called "the cat" I think.. so it's super confusing. I dunno
