Michael 98145:

webbing { The original title was "Come Softly," but was changed en route to its becoming a hit. Bob Reisdorf, the owner of Dolphin Records, which in 1960 changed to Dolton Records, was responsible for the title change. He thought that "Come Softly" might be too obvious and considered risqué, so he had it changed to "Come Softly to Me." }

Irwin:

Think they overdid the compression on this Ersahin track?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:43pm
Irwin:

Kevin, save me some research (and embarrassing ignorance). Are these archival recordings or new recordings of unissued works?
Avatar 4:47pm
Kevin_Ringwood_ UK:

Irwin, the website describes them as neue Stücke aus dem Moondog-Archiv, which my rusty schoolboy German tells me means new pieces from the Mondog archive. Looking at the musicians listed, Moondog himself appears on very few, so I’m guessing it’s a mixture of archive and new recordings

Did Felix Pappalardi (sp?) play keyboards for Cream in situations like this? Not sure who would do keyboards for them. I think Pappalardi produced...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:53pm

FP did play keys, esp. mellotron. Not sure who played on "Scrapyard." Check wiki or discogs, report back.
Avatar 5:53pm

Jack Bruce played piano on Scrapyard. Pappalardi played mellotron and produced.
