	6:52pm melinda: Annie yeah, I've used an app for dietary choices but there were other alternatives (printing out info) and I ended up ditching the app. Sometimes when you have chronic health issues it isn't enough to just eat food prepared with love and intention, but I've still made radical changes for the better without using apps.

	6:52pm melinda: Annie yeah, I've used an app for dietary choices but there were other alternatives (printing out info) and I ended up ditching the app. Sometimes when you have chronic health issues it isn't enough to just eat food prepared with love and intention, but I've still made radical changes for the better without using apps.
