Work is one thing but I'm pretty sure that's not a work vehicle. I think there are just different worlds slammed right up next to each other, many of which I will never have the chance to visit.

Not to belabor the point but my guess is that truck is used for hauling a boat or motorcycle trailer on three day weekends and for getting back and forth to work and to and from the grocery store the rest of the year.
