Every show starts with the ’70s! We’ll rediscover forgotten rockers, revisit unfairly maligned disco beats and replay power-pop favorites. Next: plenty of new releases, occasional live bands and more. Don’t let the nickname confuse you.

Ashes To Ashes completes Chris O'Leary's survey of David Bowie's entire career, song by song. This new book follows Bowie's undulating career arc from Low all the way through to Blackstar. O'Leary returns to The Evan "Funk" Davies Show to talk about the book and play some of the songs it covers. A must for Bowie fans! He'll also be appearing at McNally Jackson Books in Manhattan on February 21 and Rough Trade in Williamsburg on February 25.

Always thought ‘New Angels of Promise’ was a keeper too. Vintage Bowie sound, as was ‘The Pretty Things Have Gone to Hell’
@ Figgs - what a great experiance!
