	1:39pm Dean: I made short ribs about three nights ago. Was a simple recipe, first time I'd ever used it. Basically, sear the ribs in a Dutch oven until they're nearly done (a minute or two each side), remove to a platter, add chopped onion to the rendered fat for a minute or two, add a couple cloves of crushed garlic, add a cup of beef broth with Worcestshire to taste, bring to a boil, return ribs to DU, add a sprig of fresh rosemary, bring to a boil, then simmer and cover for 2 1/2 hours. I also added a T or so of balsamic vinegar. Pretty yummy.

	1:42pm Dean: Of course, you gotta have buttery, creamy mashed potatoes to top with the ribs and gravy. Oh, yeah, I added corn starch to a 1/4 cup of the juice to do the gravy thing when the ribs were done.

After the show, I went into the restroom and there was more vomit than I have ever seen splattered on the sinks, walls, floor and ceiling. It looked very similar to the light show.

	1:39pm Dean: I made short ribs about three nights ago. Was a simple recipe, first time I'd ever used it. Basically, sear the ribs in a Dutch oven until they're nearly done (a minute or two each side), remove to a platter, add chopped onion to the rendered fat for a minute or two, add a couple cloves of crushed garlic, add a cup of beef broth with Worcestshire to taste, bring to a boil, return ribs to DU, add a sprig of fresh rosemary, bring to a boil, then simmer and cover for 2 1/2 hours. I also added a T or so of balsamic vinegar. Pretty yummy.
