I couldn't find a suitable Saturday morning tune!

Hi, Matt! So it seems Paul can play a little bass (and drums too, in this case). I’m this close to buying the big box set made for suckers like me!

I have to admit that I'm not so interested in the remix (or remixes in general) aside from that initial "oh, I wonder what it sounds like" listen. But, DP sounded pretty great just now.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:18am

Village Green has finally charted for 1st time on the US and UK charts!

Good morning everyone! So many pals to catch up with!

Always liked the way McGuinn mixes up the styles. The oddest was hearing We'll Meet Again (last track first album) It was sung by Vera Lynn to cheer up troops in the Second World War. She made her last album recently at 100 years of age.

Thanks much.

I saw Golden Earing open up for The Who at MSG during the Quadrophenia tour (circa 1974?). After Keith Moon died, I thought the drummer for Golden Earing should get the gig.

The Zombies definitely deserve to be in the HoF. I'm also pulling for the MC5 but at this point it seems highly unlikely.

Oh well - at least Todd Rundgren has a good chance of getting in this time. His has been LONG overdue.

Thanks for the Q referral, Matt. Saw them many times starting with the Scraps tour opening for B.B. King! The youtube clips of the current band seem great and I know he has that passel of great younger musicians. And Terry is who he is :)
