@Brian ~ i found it incredibly easy to get the cat's weight down. honestly, just remove the corn. even 'weight loss' foods have corn in it. of course it doesn't work so well. they don't metabolize corn. it's just industry-friendly filler.

I was watching some cooking show last night and apparently the big thing for making deserts is to use cereal milk. They dump a bunch of Cap'n crunch into the milk, let it sit for about 10 minutes, then drain the milk. I'm gonna try it next time I bake
