	12:34pm still b/p: Sitting at harbor edge in shade with binoculars, little lunch and material to review. All that's missing is pleasant Uncle acccompaniment, so I tune in and POOM! ... Motorhead nearly pitches me into the sea.

	12:37pm Rich in Washington: That Young Ones, Bambi episode was one of my most watched on VHS things ever. Where else were you going to watch bands you've only read about up to then in that pre-internet age. That and the Damned's appearance on another episode.

	1:43pm Uncle Michael: Lane, Chris Scruggs played a metric tonne of steel on this show.
	1:43pm Parq: A pal just saw "Beautiful". She liked it. Me, I'm not much for jukebox musicals. I made an exception for "Mama Mia" because it was pretty much the first one, and because Abba just seemed more suitable to that format than anyone else I could think of.
	1:44pm The Oscar: Agreed-- for a million-selling household name, Carole somehow still manages to not get her due. The fact that the same human wrote both "Wasn't Born to Follow" and "Do the Locomotion" is staggering.

	2:05pm Lane Gray: Jon, it's handy that Moon changed iconic bands to fit the stages of his life and career. His Wynn and Buck were his young and overboard days, a little slicker but still energetic with Merle, and his refined adulthood with Waylon.
	2:09pm doctorjazz: The Byrds version of I Love the Christian Life is one of my favorite tracks on the album. (Don't think I ever heard the original).
	2:10pm Lane Gray: Unfortunately, Annie, I don't get to go to too many shows Hell, I can't even play my OWN gigs
	2:10pm northguineahills: A friend of mine played me Sweet Heart of the Radio as an undergrad, I then spent the next month scouring record stores w/in driving range for the next month until I finally found a vinyl copy.
	2:11pm annie: a customer walked into our store wearing a teeshirt which had a hexagram across the front with words which proudly pronounced "Hail Seitan!". the bars of the hexagram were made from forks..
